Within the «Campus Martius, or How to Become a University Citizen» museum project, supported by the Vladimir Potanin Foundation, laboratory «Peremena» is being launched. It is a series of experimental events, dedicated to the Antiquity, design and university museums. By means of the «Laboratory» we are going to create a cosy space in front of the Perm University History Museum.

So we are very glad to invite you to the very first event of the “Peremena» Museum Laboratory taking place on December 24, 2016 at 4 pm in room 324 (building 2, Perm University). It will be a master-class given by a Permian designer Peter Stabrovsky in creating a university chill-out zone model. It will be organised as a part of the «RozhdeSNO» festival (an event to celebrate both Christmas and New Year holidays).

There is no place for you to sit during the breaks?  Waiting for the dean’s office to open?  Had enough of sitting on the windowsills?  Stop it! Join us and change the university space! Make it look the way you want it!

  • we are going to have a lot of fun!
  • you will get an orange new year’s present afterwards (and it is not actually an orange!)
  • you can stand up, sit or even lay down during the master-class!
  • it is a brilliant idea for a low-cost date and a nice opportunity to spend the time together!
  • your ideas can inspire Petr Stabrovsky and be included into a new chill-out zone project;
  • you will finally be able to ask the Perm University History Museum’s staff about what is actually going on there.
  • And most importantly, «Peremena» laboratory is going to be held regularly in the future! You will get to know how to make a true Greek breakfast (and Greek salad has absolutely nothing to do with it!), how to pass a Philosophy exam following prof.Orlov’s book and so on. Each «Laboratory»  participant will get a passport of a Perm University Citizen, which can be useful for your portfolio or simply look great on your wall!

All students, professors, university staff, their families and friends are welcome!

Attention! The number of participants is limited. Preliminary registration required.

Peter Stabrovsky is a Permian artist, designer, illustrator, and the «Tochka» Design School Professor, graduated from the Contemporary Art School «ArtPolicy».
